    Prosedur Sertifikasi Halal umum adalah sebagai berikut:
    a) Perusahaan meminta untuk sertifikasi, baik untuk pendaftaran baru, pengembangan (produk / fasilitas), atau perpanjangan dapat melakukan registrasi secara online. Pendaftaran online dapat dilakukan melalui website LPPOM MUI (www.halalmui.org) atau langsung melalui alamat website: www.e-lppommui.org.
    b) Isi data registrasi: Status Sertifikasi (baru / pengembangan / pembaharuan), data Sertifikat Halal, HAS Status (jika ada) dan kelompok produk.
    c) Membayar biaya pendaftaran dan biaya Sertifikasi Halal Kontrak.
    d) Isi dokumen yang diperlukan dalam proses pendaftaran status sertifikasi sesuai (baru / pengembangan / pembaharuan) dan proses bisnis (industri pengolahan, jagal, restoran / catering dan jasa), seperti: HAS Manual, Arus grafik dari proses produksi produk yang akan disertifikasi, tanaman / data produsen, data produk, bahan data dan meng-upload dokumen materi, dan data matriks produk.
    e) Setelah menyelesaikan dokumen yang diperlukan, langkah selanjutnya sesuai dengan diagram proses sertifikasi halal aliran seperti di atas, yaitu Pre Assessment Audit ----- Penerbitan Sertifikat Halal.
         Catatan:
    • Mulai bulan Juli 2012, Halal pendaftaran sertifikasi hanya dapat dilakukan registrasi online melalui website LPPOMMUI (www.halalmui.org) Sertifikasi kolom Layanan Online Cerol-SS23000 atau langsung melalui alamat website: www.e-lppommui.org
    • Bagi perusahaan yang ingin penjelasan rinci tentang Persyaratan Halal (Kebijakan, Prosedur, dan Kriteria) dapat memesan buku HAS 23000 melalui Email: ga_lppommui@halalmui.org

    General Halal Certification Procedure is as follows :
    a) Company requesting for certification, whether for new registration, development (product/facility), or renewal can do online registration. Online registration can be done through LPPOM MUI website (www.halalmui.org) or directly through website address: www.e-lppommui.org.
    b) Fill in the registration data : Certification status (new/development/renewal), Halal Certificate data, HAS status (if any) and product groups.
    c) Pay the registration fee and Halal Certification Contract fee.
    d) Fill in the required documents in the registration process in accordance certification status (new/development/renewal) and business process (processing industry, slaughterhouse, restaurant/catering and service industries), such as: HAS Manual, Flow chart of production process of products to be certified, plant/manufacturer data, product data, materials data and upload material document, and product matrix data.
    e) After completing the required documents, the next step according to the halal certification process flow diagram as above, namely Pre Audit Assessment ----- Halal Certificate Issuance.

    • Starting in July 2012, Halal Certification registration can only be done online registration through LPPOMMUI website (www.halalmui.org) column Certification Services Online Cerol-SS23000 or directly through website address: www.e-lppommui.org

  • Penalty

    Hukum menetapkan hukuman penjara hingga lima tahun dan denda maksimal Rp 2 miliar untuk perusahaan yang melanggar hukum.

    The law stipulates jail time of up to five years and a maximum penalty of Rp 2 billion for companies that violate the law.
